Recommendations, match scores, prices, and specifications are for interest and inspiration only and may be incomplete, approximate, or out of date. Always verify details independently before making any decision or purchase.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
If account features are offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
The Service, its design, and its software are owned by Marque. Car images are used from third-party sources under their respective licenses; all car names, marques, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Marque is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any car manufacturer.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations will suit you, that information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marque will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these terms at any time; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
